I can’t remember a time when I haven’t loved chocolate. As a child and teenager I would eat and love all of the bars available at the local shop. As an adult my tastes have changed and I now favour the bitter sweet taste of a rich dark chocolate.
I first began to think about creating my own brand of chocolates after being disappointed with a particular box I had bought from a top end, high street store. The packaging was beautiful and elegant, the chocolates passed the visual test but the taste was just not worthy of the price tag. This simple act set me on a journey of discovery about Chocolate. I began to think about Chocolate all the time and I had a crazy thought that I could make my own!
I have always been a very determined, passionate, caring and hard working person. I qualified as a Certified Accountant many years ago, and worked in the City of London before having our beautiful daughter Isobel in 2008. I believe that if you want to achieve something you can, but only with huge amounts of hard work and a handful of luck.
With the support of my husband Andrew and a select group of tasters I began my Chocolate journey.
I have come a long way since that fateful day of being disappointed in the chocolates I had bought as a self indulgent treat. I have created my range of chocolates and I truly hope you will love every one of them as much as I do!
