Love Chocolate … love our Public Workshops

If you would love to take part in a Sara Jane Chocolates Chocolate Workshop and you would like to come along on your own or with a friend then please see the below for details of forthcoming workshops. 

We are delighted to offer the following Chocolate Workshops which are open to non groups:  (Please ensure you scroll down to review all of the workshops on offer!).

Champagne Truffles  ( 2.5 – 3 hrs approx) £42 per head

 

Saturday 30th June 2012.  9.30am – 12.00/12.30pm.  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

OR

Saturday 28th July  2012.  9.30am – 12.00/12.30pm.  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

OR

Saturday 1st September  2012.  9.30am – 12.00/12.30pm.  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

OR

Saturday 17th November 2012.  10am – 12.30/1pm.  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

 

During this workshop you will:

  • Enjoy a fascinating talk about the cocoa bean, its origins and history, and how it becomes a chocolate bar from a bean
  • Learn how to temper chocolate
  • Create a delicious Champagne Truffle filling
  • Fill & dip 18 Champagne Truffles
  • Decorate your truffles to reflect your own unique style!
  • Chocolate tasting of 3 different chocolates
  • enjoy tasting some of  the finest single origin chocolate from around the world
  • Each person takes home a gift box of their own chocolates

 

Sea Salted Caramels (3 – 3.5 hours approx.)  £55 per head

 

Saturday 12th May 2012.  1.30pm – 4.30pm/5pm.  Location: Epsom, Surrey

OR

Saturday 20th October 2012.  10am – 1.30/1pm.  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

 

During this workshop you will: 

  • Learn how to temper chocolate and discover where chocolate came from
  • Learn how to make a delicious Salted Caramel
  • Chocolate tasting of 3 different chocolates
  • enjoy tasting some of  the finest single origin chocolate from around the world
  • Gift wrap your own Salted caramels to take home

 

Deluxe Truffles  (4 hours approx.)  £65 per head

 

Saturday 27th October 2012.  1pm – 5pm.  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

 

This includes:

  •  Learn how to temper chocolate and discover where chocolate came from
  • Learn how to make delicious Chocolate Truffles using ingredients you can source from your local supermarket
  • Learn how to adapt a basic truffle recipe
  • Using professional moulds make a Fruit Ganache
  • Chocolate tasting of 3 different chocolates
  • enjoy tasting some of  the finest single origin chocolate from around the world
  • Gift wrap your own chocolates to take home

 

Create a designer Chocolate Shoe  (2.5 – 3 hours approx.)  £55 per head

 

Saturday 8th September 2012.   10am – 12.30pm/1pm  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

OR

Saturday 8th December 2012.   2pm – 4.30pm/5pm  Location:  Epsom, Surrey

 

This includes:

  • Choose the design for your unique Chocolate Shoe 
  • Allow the designer within you to flourish and enjoy creating your 100% finest belgian Chocolate Shoe
  • enjoy tasting some of  the finest single origin chocolate from around the world and sample 3 chocolates from our collection
  • Gift wrap your Chocolate Shoe to take home and eat or simply admire!
