As your chocolates are made very close to your event date, we advise that orders are made as soon as possible in order to ensure we can fulfil your order requirements for your chosen date.
For orders up to £50 payment is due immediately. For orders over £50 a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with your order, with the balance due 8 weeks before your event date.
We accept payment by cash, cheques and direct transfers to our bank account: Account Number 19096097, Sortcode 60-24-77.
When arranging delivery of our chocolates we use either Royal Mail or a courier service.
Where possible and practical to do so we use Royal Mail to deliver to all mainland UK delivery addresses. A standard postage and package charge of £1.95 applies.
For larger orders where a courier service is recommended our charges are as follows:
For orders from £50 to £100: £8.50
For orders above £100: £12.50
Alternatively all orders are available for you to collect.
